Constructed in 1917, The Schoellkopf Powerhouse was originally the home of Aniline & Chemical Company, but now the team at Rich’s Catering & Special Events and Be Our Guest look to turn The Powerhouse into a modern-day masterpiece! There are separate East and West wings, three ground-floor patios, smaller suites, and a rooftop patio.
