The new state-of-the-art clubhouse will include a full-service bar and great food, music, ambiance, seating and climate-controlled comfort. PBN experienced a record-setting first quarter, surpassing last season’s numbers by 10% growth in golf and doubling range revenue with the installation of the Smashers On practice facility and range powered by Toptracer technology. The new Smashers On app promotes weekly contests and events to drive traffic to the newly illuminated range long traffic after sunset.
The Pops and Junior clinics are gaining momentum at PBN, doubling youth participation numbers from last quarter. For adults, a Drive, Chip and Putt event on April 7 gave everyone an opportunity to participate in multiple contests including long drive, closest to the pin and wedge shot on the state-of-the-art practice facility, and one lucky winner received a free month of golf.
