As the Catering team gears up for the busiest time of the year, a couple of well-deserved promotions are worthy of celebration. Please join us in congratulating Terese Harris on her recent promotion from Captain to Event Coordinator. Terese joined Rich’s in 2021 and quickly demonstrated leadership, proficiency and readiness for this expanded role in which she will oversee the catering captains and servers, as well as pre-planning event logistics, handling linen orders, and working more directly with clients on-site at events.
In addition, Crystal Centinello has been promoted to Supervisor at Dolly’s Café. Crystal has been an extremely valuable associate to our organization for many years. She worked in Dolly’s, Meeting Services and Catering from 2002-2008. After several years at home raising her daughter, Crystal rejoined Rich’s in 2015 and was temporarily furloughed during the pandemic. In her new role as Supervisor, Crystal will oversee the day-to-day operations of Dolly’s, from staffing to operational execution.
