The Buffalo Bisons have been awarded the Service Award at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 2022 Breath of Life Gala. The award recognizes the Bison’s continued support for the WNY community and their contributions to help raise awareness and find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
