In a season unlike any other, the Buffalo Bisons captured the first-ever Triple-A East Northeast Division Title with a record of 71-46. Led by Triple-A East Co-Manager of the Year, Casey Candaele, the Bisons ranked among the league’s best in both hitting and pitching, capturing the franchise’s 10th division title of the modern era and posting the team’s 2nd best winning percentage over the last 84 years. A season that started with the Herd playing in Trenton, NJ so that Sahlen Field could host Toronto Blue Jays Major League games, concluded with the Bisons finishing second among 30 teams in Triple-A’s all-new ‘Final Stretch’ 10- game postseason tournament.
