REG made its Broadway debut in 2012 with the production of Chaplin. Since then, REG, in association with Grove Entertainment, has been dedicated to developing, producing, presenting, and investing in new work for stage and screen.

REG’s latest Broadway production, Water for Elephants, garnered 7 Tony Award nominations, with Mindy Rich leading as producer. The production is set to launch a 24-stop national tour in the fall of 2025, including shows at Shea’s Performing Arts Center in Buffalo, April 2026.

In the fall of 2024, Mindy Rich, was honored for her creative contributions, educational mentorship, and continued dedication to the American theater at the Dramatists Guild Foundation annual Gala.

Some of REG’s most acclaimed productions include CATS, The Band’s Visit, Escape to Margaritaville, On Your Feet!, Company, and Good Night, Oscar.
